You can manage the songs in both the archive and the THIS WEEK folder.

1.  Select Songs-->Manage Songs in the black menu bar on the top.

2.  This will take you to the backend of the WP File Download tool.

3.  You will see the Songs folder along with various subfolders including the THIS WEEK, Beatles, Archive TUM, etc.  These folders will have a count next to them which is the count of song files in that folder.   If any of the subfolders have subfolders, you will see them too.  NOTE:  The entire 500+ list of songs is in the Songs folder.  You will see them displayed as PDF files.

4.  If you wish to add songs to any folder click into that folder (e.g. ALL BEATLES 2025).  Scroll down all the way to the bottom and you will see an option to ADD REMOTE FILE, SELECT FOLDER, SELECT FILES.

5.  ADD REMOTE FILE will let you pull a file from a remote URL if you have it and add it to our collection.  This has not been tested yet.

6. SELECT FOLDER is a little tricky.  You have to be on the root level (e.g. SONGS) and from there pick SELECT FOLDER.  Your computer must also have a folder with that same exact name (e.g. THIS WEEK needs to be in a folder called THIS WEEK on your computer).  If you don't do this right you will either create an extra folder on the SONGS folder level or if you are in a subfolder, it will create a new subfolder called THIS WEEK under that.  We don't want that.  If you mess up you can delete the folder you accidentally created and start over.

7. For SELECT FILES, you should be in the folder you want to upload in (e.g. THIS WEEK). On your computer you can select all the files or certain files and it will upload them.

8. When a file is uploading, there will be a popup on the right side of your screen with a progress bar for each file and once the file is uploaded another popup window will tell you it was successfully uploaded.  This will repeat for every song you upload.
