You may find that you need to clean out old events that are lingering around. Perform the following steps for cleanup.
1. On Top Black Menu bar select Events-->Add/Edit/Copy/Delete Events
2. The dashboard page for Events will show up and you will see existing events on there.
3. Find the event(s) you want to delete and select the checkbox next to them. Once all the ones you want to delete are checked, go to the top of the page where it there is the Bulk Actions downdown box. Select that and pick Move to Trash. These will then move the checked events to the trash. NOTE: You can restore an event in case you accidentally deleted it.
4. The event(s) are merely moved into a holding area called Trash. They are not permanently removed yet. In order to permanently delete them or restore any that were accidentally deleted, click on the Trash link just under the Events heading. If you want to restore one that was deleted by accident, find the event(s) you want to restoree and select the checkbox next to them. Once all the ones you want to restore are checked, go to the top of the page where it there is the Bulk Actions downdown box. Select that and pick Restore. If you are looking to just permanently delete things, click on the Empty Trash button.
